While I didn’t get the pleasure of intentionally smashing this bowl to smithereens (an unfortunate dish-unloading incident), seeing and hearing it shatter 20 feet in every direction was pretty satisfying.
Praying over every broken piece, not just for me but for you too, and remembering that there’s healing in the sweeping up, too.
