Happy New Year! By this point you have likely created – and possibly abandoned – some great resolutions for 2019. Health, fitness, time management, personal growth, family togetherness, etc. In all that “this is gonna be my year” talk, did you pin down any goals for your marriage?
If you didn’t, don’t worry, most people don’t. (We never did.)
But other than our relationship with our Creator, this is the most important relationship we have in our lifetime. We absolutely should set some goals for its growth and health. Something beyond “date night” and more than “spend more time together.” Because, if we’re being honest, how easily do those commitments slide right off the calendar when we get bogged down with work, children, social obligations, and flat exhaustion from trying to juggle it all?
Finding a weekend to get away can seem impossible, and maybe counseling or an accountability group or a book/bible study isn’t “your thing.” It can feel intimidating, or maybe even embarrassing, to say you want to work on your marriage. Wouldn’t it be great to have some tools at your fingertips to learn and intentionally improve your most important relationship?
I’m excited to invite you to join me for the 2019 Fulfilling Your Vows Virtual Christian Marriage Summit, February 4-8!
The Summit is four days of game-changing, faith-based, real-deal classes online. 26 individuals and Christian couples – with 415 combined years of marriage – will be teaching multiple classes on big topics: communication, intimacy, finances, parenting, faith, trauma/recovery, and more. Each class offers a free product or download, exclusive to conference attendees. (I’m really excited about mine – I created it with YOU in mind.)
Whether your marriage is in the best shape it’s ever been, or you are holding on by one fraying thread, you’ll find something here that can help you take a great next-step forward. The lineup is amazing and I can’t wait for you to meet and hear from some of these incredible people.
And the best part is… it’s FREE to register here.
You’ll have free access to each day’s classes for 24 hours. My class, Healing the Past and Creating the Future, goes live Thursday 2/7 at 8AM Central time. Set your alarm, grab your coffee, and hop online for a message of hope and healing for yourself and your spouse!
Please take time to pray over those who are participating and those who are teaching, and I encourage you to take a bold leap of faith to share this event with someone you know might be blessed and grateful for the opportunity. We ALL need support and community to create the marriages we dream for, and there’s so much peace in knowing we’re not in this alone.
See you at the Summit!
